Innovative Enterprises is a Queensland-based RPEQ-registered engineering firm delivering solutions across consulting, compliance auditing, hydraulic testing and custom manufacturing. We combine formal engineering credentials with trade-level fabrication expertise

Our team holds RPEQ registration with the Board of Professional Engineers Queensland, meaning every design, assessment, and certification we deliver carries full legal standing under Queensland law.
We offer comprehensive plant and equipment auditing services across a wide range of Australian Standards and industry-specific requirements, including AS 4024 (Safety of Machinery), AS 1657 (Fixed Platforms, Walkways, Stairways and Ladders), AS 3788 (Pressure Equipment — In-Service Inspection), AS 2550 (Cranes, Hoists and Winches), and AS/NZS 3760 (In-service Safety Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment). We also hold specific expertise in Queensland Recognized Standard 23 (RS23) — the mandatory standard governing fluid power safety systems in Queensland coal mines — providing gap analyses, fluid power system registers, risk assessments, and audit-ready documentation that give operators and PCBUs genuine confidence in their compliance position across the full lifecycle of their plant and equipment.
Innovative Enterprises offers hydraulic integrity testing and hydrostatic testing services with capability up to 4,000 bar, covering the full range of components encountered in industrial, mining, and resources sector applications — from hose assemblies and fittings through to valves, manifolds, and custom-engineered pressure-retaining parts. Hydrostatic testing provides definitive proof-of-strength and leak verification under controlled, documented conditions, delivering the traceable test records required for regulatory compliance. As well as cycle testing being available
Beyond compliance, we offer end-to-end design, prototyping, and manufacturing services across mechanical, hydraulic, and automotive systems. From concept sketch to finished component, we work with you through every stage — designing to specification, building prototypes, validating performance, and delivering production-ready parts.
We offer project feasibility studies to help clients assess the viability of their engineering projects. Our experts provide valuable insights and recommendations to help clients make informed decisions about their projects.

Thomas brings a combination of hands-on trade expertise and formal engineering qualification to every project. A qualified Fitter and Turner by trade, Thomas completed his Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) at CQUniversity in 2016 and holds RPEQ registration with the Board of Professional Engineers Queensland. This background — from the workshop floor to certified engineering design — means Thomas understands not just how things should be engineered, but how they actually get built, giving clients practical, manufacturable solutions grounded in real-world experience.
